Here’s a polished review that matches your ratings while staying factual: I hate leaving negative reviews, but this visit was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. The biggest frustration was finding out that sauces and seasonings now cost extra. Those used to be included, and I’ve never been to another ramen bar that charges separately for basic condiments. It honestly feels like nickel-and-diming customers and takes away from the experience. Unfortunately, the ramen itself was also subpar this time. The broth lacked the flavor I remembered, and the overall meal just wasn’t very impressive. The atmosphere was decent, but the food and service didn’t live up to expectations. I hope they reconsider charging for sauces and get back to the quality they used to have.

We were visiting the area and stopped in. The food was decent but they were extremely slow providing. (It took a little over 30m to get the food in staggered order. There was only one table that did not have food before we arrived. Many customers after us kept checking on the status of theirs). The restaurant was a little hot. The prices were very reasonable (we just missed happy hour). I would consider going back. [My husband was not very pleased] I forgot to take a pic of one bowl.

Shrimp tempura I liked the batter. And the combination of the shrimp tempura and the sauce. My boyfriend was not a big fan of it but he thinks it might be because he doesn't like shrimp tempura in general. He says it wasn't the worst he's had as far as shrimp tempura goes, and he also liked the sauce. I would have also liked more shrimp, because for some bites I got nothing but batter. Philly egg roll I quite liked and enjoyed it. I feel like the filling and frying was pretty good and I loved it with the sauce. My boyfriend wasn't a big fan of the idea, but he says that he didn't dislike it as much as he thought he would. He did think the dish had potential, but he felt that there was too much filling, and the ratio of fried batter to filling was off, which made him not like it. Krab salad onigiri My boyfriend quite liked the onigiri. He enjoyed the rice, filling and flavor. However, I did not enjoy it. The rice was pretty cold which I wasn't a big fan of, and I felt the filling was not prominent enough. I didnt like it. I know that the rice is supposed to be cold but I guess I did not enjoy that. I walked into Supa Noodle expecting a normal meal and left questioning everything I thought I knew about ramen. Aslan and Dan absolutely took care of me, but I’m starting to think they knew exactly what they were doing. That tom yum broth is not normal. It’s dangerously good. The kind of good where you sit there in silence after the first sip just processing your life choices. I finished my bowl, stood up, and immediately went back to buy just the broth. No shame. Full commitment. At this point I’m convinced they’ve put something in it (probably just skill, but still suspicious). I’ve had tom yum at “fancy” places and somehow this was better. 10/10. Great service, unreal flavor, and now I have a new, very specific addiction.

The food here is amazing!!! we first walked in. We was not sure what to order. You have to order yourself on a touchscreen and there were so many options to choose from. We had never been to a noodle bar before so we asked another customer what suit based did she suggest. She recommended the miso soup so we started there. It was a great choice because it was so delicious! My daughter and I both got rice noodles and we chose different options as you could see from the picture. Our first taste and we fell in love😍 the soup was so good and so filling. There was a lot so we took leftovers to our hotel. It was enough for the next day and it was even creamier and tastier on the second day. Please come to Summerville, South Carolina!!!!!!!!!!! The combinations you can choose are endless. We really enjoyed our meal here and the atmosphere was great. I probably will never be in that area ever again but I will always remember how awesome this place is. I’m jealous of those of you who live near here because this is a true hidden gem!!
